Abstract

This study reviews the illocutionary acts of teachers and students in the learning process of Indonesian Language class VIII PK in MTsN 3 Boyolali. This study aims to (1) describe the illocutionary acts of teachers and students in the VIII PK Indonesian Language learning process in MTsN 3 Boyolali, and (2) the purpose of the illocutionary speech acts of teachers and students in learning Indonesian VIII PK class at MTsN 3 Boyolali. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research techniques used in this study were competent listening and recording techniques. The data collection techniques are used by researchers to obtain comprehensive data regarding the types of speech acts of illocution during the learning process. Data analysis techniques in research using interactive model analysis consisting of four channels, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions / verification. The results of this study found 78 data illocutionary speech acts according to Austin consisting of 6 vermiculative speech acts, 68 exclusive speech acts, and 4 commissive speech acts. The speech acts found have different goals and factors in speaking according to the situation and context. Every communication will succeed if the speaker understands the intentions of the speaker.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mendeskripsikan resepsi pembaca novel Faith and The City karya Hanum Salsabiela Rais dan Rangga Almahendra. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis isi dokumen dan teknik wawancara. Peneliti menggunakan berbagai teknik pengumpulan data (analisis isi dokumen yang mendalam) dan menggunakan teori kajian resepsi sastra. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan resepsi pembaca novel Faith and The City karya Hanum Salsabiela Rais dan Rangga Almahendra ini memiliki persepsi yang tidak jauh berbeda, yaitu mereka sepakat bahwa novel Faith and The City merupakan novel yang yang sangat unik, menarik, dan representatif dibaca oleh semua kalangan. Banyak pembelajaran dan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang positif dapat diambil pelajarannya bagi pembaca. Kata Kunci:

Abstract

Research on the relationship between language and gender or language and age is included in the realm of sociolinguistic studies. In this research, the researcher focused on language variation in teen speech. Researchers used qualitative research methods with non-interactive data collection methods. From the findings and analysis, the researcher concluded that the form of utterances used by the teenagers were different depending on their gender. The depth of this difference was seen in the frequency of slang vocabulary usage and the vernacular form of language that was more often used by young men. Gender differences turned out to affect the form of utterance of these adolescents where even though they were in the same group, adolescent girls still paid attention to the value of "prestige" in their language. In contrast to young men who show more their masculinity through slang and vernacular forms of language. In addition, the family and social environment, as well as their age where adolescence is a period of exploration, also influence their speech patterns.

Abstract

“One of the characteristics of the ro’ is evidence which means it was vibrating or moving. I mean, when ro’ said, then the tongue we will vibrate. So in the law tajwid be explained that ro’ is divided into two ro’ tafkhim and tarqiq. Ro’ tafkhim the ro’ to read thick. Example: الرَّحْمَنُ، الرَّحِيْمُ. Ro’ tarqiq the ro’ those thin. Example: وَطُوْرِ سِيْنِيْنَ. That’s according to the terms of the identifying of it. Now, we are trying go analysis in terms of its meaning. Is there a connection between the identifying of the ro’ the vibrating with the exact meaning of the word in the Quran that used the ro’? يَنْظُرُ means to see. In the process of looking there must be moving, whether it was his heart or eyes itself. Heart of the visionary vibrate could be due to see something scary such as: accident or ghost. There are times when see something beautiful such as: mountains, garden etc. Or eyes itself moving to the right-left seeing things one ago other object that is in the next to side. يَخْرُجُ means that out. In the process out, there is definitely a part of the body moving the feet. For example want out class but if not move his feet then the main purpose to get out class not reached. Besides limbs, there objects two nearby move when we came out class as bench, tile, earth although the movement no visible to the invisible because of lack of the power of the beat of the foot of the human. And there are many more fi’il (verb) which are referred to in the synchronous Quran between the nature of letters and the meaning of the words.”

Abstract

“This research is to analyze metaphor in the collection of Khulafaurrasyidin’s speeches. Khulafaurrasyidin is a important figure of Islam after propet Muhammad saw. pass away from this word. There are four of speeches of Khulafaurrasyidin that delivered when they are become a caliph. This research uses the theory of metaphor presented by Halley who classified metaphor into nine types based on semantic field. The research nature is qualitative descriptive using library research. This study describe the phenomenon of figurative language metaphor related to the object of research. And finally, the research findings are presented informally. Based on the research toward speeches of Khulafaurrasyidin, researcher finds eight types of source domains metaphor. They are being, cosmos, energy, terrestrial, object, living, animate and human. And four types of target domains. The metaphors used tn the speeches show the corelation between semantic methapor with Arab living and culture with the result that have many different in number of quantity. And researcher also find a different and characteristic of caliph delivery speeches. That different because of character, culture and social politic condition in that period.”

Abstract

" إن هذا الباب يبجث عن ظهور المذاهب النحوية وينقسم هذا الباب الى فصلين وهما الفصل عن النحو في عصر التدوين، ويليه الفصل الثانى حيث يذكر فيه النحو في عصر التدوين. كان هذا البحث يستخدم التحليل النوعي بطريقة الدراسة المكتبية لجمع البيانات و الاستعلامات بمساعدة أنواع المواد التي توجد في المكتبة. اختارت الباحثة هذه الطريقة لإدراك المعلومات المتعددة من مصادرها و تحقيق الوثائق التي تتعلق بالبيانات المطلوبة. يركز هدف التحقيق في المواد المكتوبة في الكتب أو النسخة أو الجريدة أو غير ذلك. والنتيجة عن هذا البحث هي وجود الروايات التى تحكى عن الرجال الستة الذين اسهموا إسهاما ما فى بناء علم النحو فى عصر قبل التدوين. وهؤلاء جيل من علماء النحو حيث قاموا بنهضة نحوية وخطوا يخطوات واسعة فى الحركات النحوية حتى يسبب ظهور المذاهب النحوية".
